It really depends on usage. If they are not getting heavily soiled they can be folded up and reused many times over. They are tear-resistant and hold up well to regular use. The material doesn't stretch or tear like plastic or tissue paper table covers do. That being said they are made from 100% paper so they are absorbent to stains. If your hosting a family spaghetti night, the good news is you don't have to be frustrated with stained cloth tablecloth. Just bunch it up and toss it.
